Difference between soft start motor and ordinary motor

The difference between a soft-start motor and an ordinary motor is that the efficiency of the soft-start motor at startup is different from the usual speed, and the harmonic voltage and current of the soft-start motor operate under non-sinusoidal power conditions. However, ordinary motors have relatively strong adaptability to frequent starting and braking.

The insulation structure of the soft start motor and the ordinary motor cannot be set too high. Generally, insulation measures must be taken to avoid unnecessary losses caused by the low-speed cooling of the motor and the damage of the machine.

The overall difference between the soft start motor and the ordinary motor is not very big, and they are all expected to achieve a life span of more than 10 years. It is quite good for users who have needs in the motor to choose this motor.
Our company's newly upgraded SJR3-LN series soft starter, after iterative update, has a more mature functional structure and improved adaptability to the motor. Customers are welcome to come and buy.
